1. Dispatch Location & Courier Partners
All orders are packaged and dispatched from our central facility located at Jl. Slamet Riyadi No. 202, Keprabon, Banjarsari, Surakarta, 57131. We partner with established logistics operators in Indonesia to ensure prompt delivery of natural supplements.
2. Processing & Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Order Processing: Orders placed Monday through Friday before 14:00 WIB are dispatched on the same business day. Orders submitted after 14:00 WIB or during weekends are processed on the next business day.
- Java Island Deliveries: Standard delivery within Java typically requires 2 to 4 business days.
- Outer Islands Deliveries: Deliveries to Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali, Nusa Tenggara, Maluku, and Papua take between 4 to 7 business days depending on specific destination accessibility.
3. Order Tracking & Notifications
Upon package dispatch, customers receive a confirmation message containing the official courier tracking code. You can monitor your shipment status directly through the logistics provider's official portal.
