1. 14-Day Return Condition
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must remain unopened, sealed in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety compliance, dietary supplements with opened security seals or broken protective foils cannot be accepted for return or exchange unless a verified manufacturing defect is demonstrated.
3. How to Submit a Return Request
